These provisions apply in the instance that a product is to be sent back to The Creative Abditory.
You may return a product if:
- You would like to recycle the sterling silver and/or the gemstones in your TCA piece, and/or sterling silver/gemstones from other jewellery brands, for whatever reason.
- You will receive a 25% off voucher towards your next purchase upon confirmation that it is a TCA piece, and a 15% off voucher towards your next purchase upon confirmation that it is sterling silver, if it is not from TCA. Returning the product to The Creative Abditory will be at your risk and cost.
- The product received is not as described or agreed on, with photo or written evidence.
- After evidence has been provided, this will result in a full refund excluding the cost of shipping, where the purchase cost will be deposited to an account of your choice. Returning the product to The Creative Abditory will be at your risk and cost.
- Within 1 year of purchase, the item breaks or has structural damage (i.e. a break in the solder join, granulated detail falls off, etc.)
- This is subject to inspection and agreement by TCA that the damage is indeed structural and occurred due to faulty construction, and not due to everyday wear and tear, misuse, and/or incorrect handling.
- This only applies to any components that are in sterling silver, fabricated by The Creative Abditory. Damage to gemstones or crystals is at your risk and cost or replacing and/or repairing and will be quoted on the occasion it does happen.
- Damage to components that are not fabricated by The Creative Abditory (i.e. chains, clasps, and findings) will be replaced and/or repaired if possible.
- Under these circumstances, you are entitled to either a full repair at no additional cost, or a refund of the purchase cost excluding shipping when the product is returned back to The Creative Abditory. Returning the product to The Creative Abditory will be at your cost, and if the result is in a full repair, the cost of postage will be covered by The Creative Abditory.
- It is ultimately The Creative Abditory's choice to repair, replace, exchange, or refund.
- you need resizing of a custom ring, cuff or bangle
- Resizing applies to custom and semi-custom pieces only, where the fitted portion has not been made yet. Ready-made or made-to-order pieces will have their sizes listed in the product description. The Creative Abditory will do their best to make your product according to specifications given, so please measure your ring size and/or wrist size before purchasing a ready-made or made-to order- item.
- The first resize for a custom piece is complimentary, and any subsequent resizes will incur an additional cost starting from $35 up to $100, which will be quoted on the event it does happen. Returning the product to The Creative Abditory will be at your cost for the first and subsequent resizes, and postage back to you will be complimentary the first time, and included as part of the cost subsequently.
Before you return Goods to us, please carefully consider this return policy as The Creative Abditory does not accept "change of mind" returns.
When you are packaging your items for return, please consider the environment and reuse the packaging your item was sent in where possible. Ensure it is securely wrapped and all the original components to be returned are in the package before sending. This is entirely at your risk and cost.
You must notify us by email or your preferred social media contact that you would like
to return your item, specifying exactly what they are, and/or any evidence necessary to return the goods as outlined above. A return address will be provided on the event that it is necessary to do so.
